The Frequent Flyers Volleyball Academy is a year-round program that will develop the individual skills of new volleyball players and enhance the individual skills of current volleyball players.

Location: TJ Robinson Sports Complex, Hope Mills.

Age Group: 8-18

Skills taught and trained: Individual skills of Serving (Underhand/Overhand), Passing, Setting, Striking, Spiking and Blocking.

The program will develop the players’ conditioning, understanding of the positions on a volleyball team and how to incorporate the skills learned and develop into team play.

Program Offers:

• Facility and equipment for quality training and practice.

• Two-hour practices once a week (Friday 7-9 pm) by age group

• Players in the program will be placed on age group team to participate in games and tournaments in Fayetteville and surrounding areas. (Players do not have to join any team to participate in the academy).

• Early access to the Frequent Flyers Volleyball Camp

• Access to individual one on one training.

• Exposure to coaches looking to recruit Club Teams, AAU Teams, Travel Teams, Middle School, High School and College Teams.

Cost of the program: Registration is free. $200 Annual Fee. The annual fee can be paid quarterly. $50 (January, April, July, October). Fee is only due if the player will be participating in the academy during that quarterly session.

Cost of team uniform: If the player decides to play on the Frequent Flyers volleyball team during. The cost of the team uniform is separate.

Camps and Clinics: Cost of camps, clinics, and one on one training are separate.

Registration: Ongoing

Team Selection and Practice: January (Players do not have to join the volleyball team to be in the academy)

Leagues Season: (March, April, May). Recreational Summer League (June, July Aug) Middle School, High School, Fall Recreational (September, October, November)

Individual skills development and enhancement will be a continuous process.
