Frequent Flyers Volleyball Academy offers travel team opportunities for players who are registered in the Academy and are ready to commit to competitive volleyball.
Frequent Flyers Volleyball Academy is a registration base program. There are no tryouts for Academy travel teams. Any Academy player who wishes to participate and is age eligible for a team will be placed on a roster, provided the team meets minimum roster requirements and the player is prepared to meet the training and attendance expectations of travel volleyball.
Our teams compete in tournaments through both the USAA Volleyball Carolina Region and the Junior Volleyball Association (JVA), with events primarily taking place throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.
Season Timeline
Team placement begins in November 2026
Team practices begin in December 2026

The travel team fee is $700 per player and includes:

Player uniforms
USAA Volleyball registration fees (Registrations Opens 9/1/26)
JVA registration fees
Academy quarterly training dues (if participating in Academy training during that quarter)
Payment plan options are available on the Academy website. Final payment for the travel season is due by
December 1, 2026.
Parent Responsibilities
Parents or guardians are responsible for:

JVA does NOT have player membership. Membership is strictly for club directors and coaches. Players/families only need to complete the online insurance waiver.

Team Formation
A minimum of 6 players is required to form a team.
Teams will carry a maximum roster of 14 players.
